In 2001 Martens Country Kitchen was
established...to supply the food service
industry on a direct basis with fresh field
packs and fresh pre-cut potatoes in all popular
sizes and varieties. We produce an extensive
line of quality fresh pre-cut refrigerated
potatoes.
Potatoes are packed in gas flushed (MAP)
modified atmosphere packaging to assure
freshness and good shelf life. We have an
ongoing HACCP program in our
government-inspected facility with our own
quality-control lab and on-staff food
technologist.
All deliveries of Martens Country Kitchen
Products are made in our climate controlled air
ride trucks and trailers.

- Most orders can be delivered the next
business day.
- Deliveries are made Monday through
Friday.
- Deliveries are made via our own trucks.
- Will custom cut & package to your
product needs.
- Products are packaged when an order is
placed to ensure the best quality and
freshness.
- All orders are stored and shipped in
climate controlled conditions.
- Full-time Quality Control lab technician
on staff with HACCP program to assure
quality, consistency and sanitation.
