In 2001 Martens Country Kitchen was
established...to supply the food service
industry on a direct basis with fresh field
packs and fresh pre-cut potatoes in all popular
sizes and varieties. Our expanded facility now
produces an extensive line of products
conveniently packaged to our
customers specifications (bag or bulk) which now includes
onions, carrots, cabbage and zucchini.
We have an
ongoing HACCP program in our
government-inspected facility with our own
quality-control lab and on-staff food
technologist.
All deliveries of Martens Country Kitchen
Products are made in our climate controlled air
ride trucks and trailers.

- Most orders can be delivered the next
business day.
- Deliveries are made Monday through
Friday.
- Deliveries are made via our own trucks.
- Will custom cut & package to your
product needs.
- Products are packaged when an order is
placed to ensure the best quality and
freshness.
- All orders are stored and shipped in
climate controlled conditions.
- Full-time Quality Control lab technician
on staff with HACCP program to assure
quality, consistency and sanitation.
